WOW Recruitment is partnering with a leading business to find a Business Development Manager to drive growth across its Industrial Sales division.

The Opportunity

- $100 – 110k + Super + $20,000 Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission
- Flexible working - on the road, from home, or in the office
- Experience in heavy equipment, earthmoving, mining, construction machinery, or access hire is highly regarded

The Role

- Identify and win recent business opportunities
- Build and manage a pipeline of new, warm, and dormant accounts
- Develop opportunities through market research and industry networking
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Forecast sales activity and report against targets and KPIs

About You





- Proven success in business development and closing high-value deals
- Industry network across mining, earthmoving, transport, construction, or engineering
- Experience selling heavy equipment, machinery, auctions, or related services is preferred
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach
