Snowy Hydro is seeking an experienced Safety Assurance & Performance Manager to lead internal assurance frameworks and data-driven reporting across the Health, Safety & Process Safety function. Based in Cooma or the Snowy Mountains region, the role involves coordinating ISO certification and executive governance reporting.
You will design and embed assurance programs, coach leaders, manage audit actions, and translate safety strategy into measurable KPIs for the Board.
