Location

Kotara | Full-Time | 38 hrs Sunday – Thursday

What You'll Do

Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales performance, developing your team, and bringing the Vans brand experience to life every day. This Sunday–Thursday roster offers consistency while giving you the opportunity to make a real impact in a high-performing retail environment.

- Support the Store Manager in delivering sales targets, KPIs, and operational excellence
- Lead from the front by creating memorable customer experiences that reflect the Vans brand
- Coach, motivate and develop team members to achieve individual and store success
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance, celebrating wins and identifying opportunities
- Support visual merchandising standards that showcase our premium product and brand storytelling
- Oversee stock management, shrinkage control and store organisation
- Foster a positive, inclusive team culture built on collaboration, creativity and accountability
- Help identify and develop future leaders through ongoing coaching and succession planning

Who You Are

- Previous experience as a Senior Casual, Key Holder, 3IC, Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager within a high-volume retail environment




- A confident people leader with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Someone who leads with energy, initiative and a solid “Make It Happen” attitude
- Passionate about coaching, mentoring and developing others
- Customer-focused with a genuine appreciation for premium product and brand experience
- Organised, adaptable and comfortable balancing operational excellence with team leadership
