Upwards Living is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centred support in a Supported Independent Living setting.
You will assist participants to achieve goals, enable daily activities, and promote social inclusion.
Role requires at least 32 hours per week across 7 days, with flexibility for night shifts and sleepovers.
You'll work across Moorebank, Liverpool, Chester Hill, Yagoona, and Bass Hill locations, applying NDIS standards and maintaining documentation.
