As a service delivery team member, your objectives will be to ensure rostering priorities are met, including shift reallocation and liaising with employees to fill in where required, and approving timesheets for processing.
The role will provide service delivery for the Goulburn area, with occasional travel to our head office in Bowral.
Key responsibilities include:
- Rostering and scheduling shifts to employees for NDIS and Aged care support services.
- Current knowledge of relevant industry Awards (Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award)
- Effectively communicate to support workers, clients and other stakeholders
- Reacting to changing client needs and worker availability
- Participating in our rotating On-call roster
As our new Service Delivery Team member, you have a robust attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
You are willing and able to learn new processes and systems and can communicate effectively to a variety of stakeholders. We are looking for a team member who values communication, teamwork, and has the ability to adapt to changes.
What you need:
- Experience in community rostering with over 50 employees desirable
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check an working with children check
