Repco, a leader in the automotive aftermarket, invites you to join our team as Customer Development Manager in the Newcastle area. You will manage relationships with about 150 customers and drive sales and gross margin with the help of our CRM and promotional activities.

The role requires travel to Port Macquarie and Tamworth, with 2–4 overnight stays every three weeks. A KPI-driven mindset, CRM experience, and a passion for automotive products will help you succeed.
