OnTalent is partnering with a well-established Brisbane organisation to appoint an experienced HR Advisor on an eight-month maternity leave contract. The role covers a range of people initiatives, day-to-day HR activities and advisory support in a cooperative, relationship-driven team.
You will support recruitment, payroll coordination, performance processes, HR reporting and policy reviews, with opportunities to contribute to projects and ongoing improvements.
