The opportunity

This isn’t just account management - this is your chance to shape what’s being poured in some of Sydney’s most influential bars and restaurants. As our On-Premise Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a premium CBD territory, partnering with venue owners, operators, and bartenders to drive growth across a world-class portfolio. From negotiating listings to activating standout brand experiences, you’ll play a key role in building brands consumers ask for by name.

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your territory like your own business - spotting opportunities, winning new accounts, and bringing ideas to life in market.

What you’ll be doing

- Own,



grow and optimise a portfolio of on-premise customers
- Win new business and secure placements in key venues
- Build and execute innovative promotional and activation plans
- Analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Develop strong, trusted partnerships with venue decision-makers
- Bring brands to life through impactful in-venue experiences
