About The Role
Australian Hospitality and Leisure (ALH) is a leader in the hospitality industry with more than 350 pubs across the country.
We create pub experiences that locals love, from dining, bars, wagering, gaming, accommodation and live entertainment.
Salary: $110,000 + superannuation + bonus
A Day In The Life Of a Publican
- Know the locals by name while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.;
- Run the venue like it’s your own modern‑day home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant.
- Serve as the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high‑performing team.
- Put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
- Bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles every shift, every day.
Inherent Requirements
- Hands‑on role involving manual handling and lifting of stock, kegs, and deliveries.
About You
- Hold current RSA, RCG and Licensee qualifications as per NSW state requirements.
