We are currently looking for a motivated and organisedLegal Assistantto join our Parramatta office and become a key part of our friendly team.
Supporting a Senior Associate you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the care and service they deserve, while keeping his practice running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You Will Be Doing
Provide day-to-day support to our legal team, including diary and file management
Liaise with clients and external parties with empathy and professionalism
Draft, format, and amend legal documents and correspondence
Coordinate the flow of documents and medical reports
What We Are Looking For




You'll bring a proactive approach and a genuine desire to help others.
Ideally, you will also have:
Worked as a legal assistant in the area of personal injury
Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to juggle priorities and work independently
Robust attention to detail and a team-focused mind-set

Ideally, you will be a career legal assistant, however law students will be considered if available to work full time hours - Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
