You will oversee daily operations, coordinate technician schedules, and ensure exceptional customer service in a quick-paced plumbing setting.
The ideal candidate has solid office management experience in a trade-based business, is highly organised, and communicates effectively with clients and staff.
Proficiency with Xero, ServiceM8, and MS Office is preferred.
