What you'll do
Design user interfaces and experiences for B2B products, focusing on usability and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design processes and outputs.




Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, particularly in a B2B context.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present design concepts.
Nice to have
Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and techniques.
Experience in working with Agile development teams.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
