This role suits graduate ENs or those nearing completion, with hands-on experience in Home Care Packages or Support at Home.
You will work under the Head of Clinical Services, providing nursing care within EN scope, performing wound care, observations, and health assessments, and assisting with medications while maintaining documentation and compliance.
