What you'll do
Contribute to the design and development of software solutions that meet user needs.
Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and implement best practices in software development.
Influence architectural decisions and promote high-quality engineering standards.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.




Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.
Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Nice to have
Experience in government or public sector software projects.
Knowledge of front-end technologies like React or Angular.
Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
