Ambulance Victoria in Melbourne is seeking a Program Lead Diversity and Inclusion to design, deliver and evaluate AV's diversity and inclusion work, with a primary focus on gender equality and LGBTQIA+ inclusion.
This is a full time, ongoing role with hybrid options; presence at Doncaster is required.
You will lead initiatives, ensure compliance with Victorian gender equality frameworks, build stakeholder partnerships, and coach staff to strengthen workplace inclusion and safety.
