Salary: $125,000 – $135,000 + 12% Super
Location: Sydney (4 days in-office / 1 day WFH hybrid flexibility)
Tenure: 12-Month Max-Term Contract (High probability of extension or permanent conversion based on business growth)
Entitlements: Full pro-rata personal leave, 4 weeks annual leave, and public holiday pay

Your Recent Position:




As the Commercial Strategy Lead, you will act as the vital strategic bridge connecting Brand Marketing, Field Sales, and Supply Chain.
You will own the Go-To-Market (GTM) execution for core brand priorities and new product developments (NPDs) across top pharmacy and retail accounts.
This is a commercially heavy, data-driven role focused on pricing, trade budget ROI, channel strategy, demand forecasting, and driving 3rd-party broker effectiveness.
