Maintain regular contact with existing customers, capture repeat business prospects and follow up on aftersales issues including parts mismatch and warranty feedback.
Compile regular sales data and reports; collect local market feedback, competitor information and customer demand trends.
Support cross-team collaboration with sales, finance and technical teams; assist with local marketing activities.
