We are seeking a highly skilledData Scientistto join our Financial Crime Surveillance team.
This role is critical in driving advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions to proactively detect and prevent financial crime.
You will work at the intersection of data science, risk management, and compliance, helping us stay ahead of evolving threats.
Key Responsibilities
Conductthreat hunting, portfolio analysis, and network analysisto identify suspicious patterns and behaviours.
Develop and deploypredictive modelsto inform risk-based decision-making.
Applymachine learning, generative AI, NLP, and LLMsto enhance surveillance strategies.
Build and refineautomation tools and scriptsfor large-scale data analysis.
Performrisk assessments, FTE modelling, and resource optimisation.




Analysefinancial crime trendsand provide actionable intelligence.
Ensuredata quality and integrityacross upstream and surveillance systems.
Create compellingvisualisations and data-driven narrativesfor stakeholders.
Key Requirements
3–5 years of industry experience ingenerative models, deep learning, reinforcement learning.
Solid background inNLP, LLMs, GenAI, OpenAI, Microsoft Cognitive Services.
Advanced programming skills inPython, R, SQL; experience withSAS and PowerBIdesirable.
Proven ability tomentor and lead teams.
Familiarity withAML, KYC, FATF regulatory frameworks.
Robust communication and collaboration skills.
