You will supervise production staff, schedule workflows, and lead by example in a hands-on role.
Reporting to the Branch Manager and Knoxfield Site Manager, you will drive safety culture, manage stock and materials, and coordinate hiring and training to meet production requirements while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
