Westpeak Support Services is seeking a Rostering Coordinator to manage day-to-day rostering for disability support workers across all Westpeak services.
You will coordinate with participants, their families, support workers and SIL leads to ensure secure, efficient shifts and appropriate matching.
This hands-on role requires solid organisation, judgement and explicit communication, with duties covering response to sick leave, cancellations, emergencies and cost considerations.
