Brighton RSL Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager, Bar & Gaming attendant to join our professional and friendly team.This casual position offers a combination of Duty Manager, Bar and Gaming shifts, with the opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Club while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the day-to-day operations of the Club during allocated shifts.Lead, motivate and support team members to deliver outstanding customer service.Ensure compliance with all liquor, gaming and Club policies and procedures.Oversee bar, gaming, TAB and Keno operations.Assist with cash handling, reconciliations and end-of-shift procedures.Respond professionally to member enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.Maintain a protected, clean and welcoming environment for members and guests.Applicants must:Hold current RSA, RCG and ARCG Competency Cards (essential).
