We also work closely with other health specialists to look after residents in aged care facilities.ResponsibilitiesRetailAssisting with scripts in/outCounselling patients about medications.Aged Care FacilitiesEnsuring daily orders and medication changes are processed for delivery according to the doctor's instructions.Liaising with doctors and aged care staff to provide the best health outcome for our residents.The successful candidate will have the following qualitiesCompleted a Bachelor/Masters in PharmacyPassion to learn about all aspects of PharmacyOutgoing nature and excellent communication skills.Demonstrated capacity to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary teamDemonstrated written and verbal communication skillsIf you are a self-motivated and energetic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, have the willingness to learn with a "can do attitude", then we would like to hear from you.
