About the role
Mawson Lakes Mazda is seeking a Used Car Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team.
As a full time Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of used vehicles in the Mawson Lakes area.
What you'll be doing
Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best vehicle to suit their requirements
Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of models
Negotiating sales agreements and closing deals in a professional and ethical manner
Maintaining detailed customer records and following up on sales leads
Collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
Providing exceptional after-sales customer service and support
What we're looking for
Strong sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close deals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
A passion for the Mazda brand and a deep understanding of Mazda's product range
Solid negotiation and problem-solving abilities




Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Valid driver's licence and the ability to undertake test drives with customers
