and EOM proceduresMaintain compliance with all trust accounting legislation and audit requirementsLiaise with agents, solicitors, and internal stakeholdersEnsure accuracy across all financial records and reportingIdentify opportunities to improve systems and processesSkills & ExperienceProven experience in real estate trust accounting (sales and/or rentals)Robust understanding of trust accounting compliance and legislationHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational and time management skillsConfident communicator with the ability to work across multiple stakeholdersExperience with systems such as PropertyMe, Console, Vault or similarWhy Join Us?
