Clinical Nurse Unit Manager - Anaesthetics | Southeast Melbourne, VICAn exciting prospect is available for an experienced Clinical Nurse Unit Manager – Anaesthetics to join a well-established private acute hospital in Southeast Melbourne.This newly created leadership role will be responsible for the effective operational management of the Operating Theatre – Anaesthetics department, providing strong clinical leadership and supporting the delivery of high-quality perioperative care.
Reporting to the Perioperative Services Manager, the successful candidate will work alongside the Scrub NUM, lead the Anaesthetics specialty team and oversee the day-to-day management of theatre operations.You will play a key role in workforce management, staff development, quality improvement, and maintaining excellence in clinical standards.
