We're committed to making a meaningful difference through compassionate, respectful, and person-centred care.In the role you'll play an key role in supporting participants with activities of daily living, building independence, community access, routine, wellbeing, and implementation of individual support plans.
Applicants must be available to work across Monday to Sundays, including morning,



evening and weekend shifts.This is a highly relational role that requires experience with psychosocial disabilities and mental health care, emotional intelligence, consistency, sound judgement, and a genuine commitment to participant-centred support.Mandatory Requirements:A Certificate III or IV in Disability Support Work or a similar qualification in the field are desirable.
