GOLD COAST HOLIDAY HOMES is a specialised Holiday Division of DJ Stringer Property Services Coolangatta managing a range of privately owned Holiday Investment property on the Southern Gold Coast & Northern NSW areas.
We are seeking a suitable & experienced person to join our excellent team to facilitate the following primary duties:
Letting & booking of guests
Administration of bookings in /out
Regular Property Inspections
Assist to co-ordinate cleaners
Communicate & report to landlords
Arrange & co-ordinate maintenance
The successful applicant must possess the following qualities & experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience in either Property Management & or tourist related accommodation or similar
Bubbly & fun working attitude within a team setting
Full time position, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm andsome Saturday's 9am to 2pm as per roster.
