Job Type: Permanent position | Full time positionJob DescriptionChemblast Industrial Coating is looking for a qualified and skilled Industrial Spraypainters that will be responsible for preparing and painting a variety of industrial surfaces using advanced spray-painting techniques to ensure our products meet the highest standards of durability and presentation in our facility in Warrnambool VIC.
The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:Surface preparation includes sanding, masking, and priming.Spray application of protective and decorative coatings.Mixing paints and achieving accurate color matches.Quality-checking finished work against specifications.Maintaining spray booths, tools,



and equipment.Adhering to workplace safety and environmental guidelines.Skills & Abilities:Proven experience as an industrial spray painter (trade qualification desirable).
Solid knowledge of spray-painting equipment and techniques.Attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Safety-conscious mindset.Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000pa commensurate with experience.
Fulltime Position available.
