We require someone who can manage their own files and assist other senior conveyancing staff with their workload.
You must have the ability to prioritise competing tasks and communicate clearly, including:Handling conveyancing matters from start of finish.Review Contracts of Sale pre-purchase.Enthusiasm for looking after and building relationships with our clients is essential.Liaising with Estate Agents, mortgage brokers, financial institutions, external solicitors and conveyancers, government authorities, etc.Preparation of all commercial lease related documents.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.We are a relaxed qualified firm that wants you to enjoy every day at work and to grow with our firm, so if you are passionate, with strong communication skills and want to love where you work for the long term, then this is the chance for you.
