Just Better Care is seeking an experienced Roster Coordinator to manage day-to-day rostering across our community-based aged care and NDIS services in Melbourne.
You will ensure shifts are covered, maintain compliance, and look after clients and support workers.The role also includes broader office administration duties, including calls, documentation, and data entry.
The position is full time with a hybrid working arrangement and reports to the General Manager.
