Your Mates Brewing Company in Maroochydore, Queensland, is seeking an experienced Brewer to join our production crew.
The role is hands-on, covering day-to-day beer production in our Warana brewery.You should be comfortable in a small, hardworking team and take pride in quality.
Responsibilities include brewing and cellar operations, wort production on a 5-vessel, 20 hL system, fermentation checks, tank transfers, CIP, yeast handling and production record keeping.
