Factory / Process Workers & Packers - Food ManufacturingWe are seeking several experienced Process Workers, Factory Hands & Packers to join our busy food manufacturing clients located in the Eastern and South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.
The roles will involve working as an integral part of a team on quick-paced production lines, performing a range of duties including packing, labelling, quality checking, blending/mixing and general cleaning work.
These roles suit applicants with a solid work ethic who enjoy hands-on duties and can perform in fast-paced production environments.Key Responsibilities:Operate production machinery and equipment safelyPerform assembly, packing, sorting, blending/mixing and general labouring tasksFollow workplace procedures,
safety guidelines and instructionsMaintain a clean and organised work areaAssist with manual handling and general factory duties as requiredWhat We're Looking For:Previous factory, labouring or process work experience, preferably within food, pharmaceutical or therapeutic goods manufacturingMust be able to lift up to 20kg consistentlyFull working rights in AustraliaOwn reliable transport, as well as a valid Driver's licenceOwn PPE gear (safety boots, hi-vis, etc.)This is a outstanding opportunity to work with our reputable manufacturing companies with the potential of ongoing employment for the right candidates.
