Key Responsibilities
Manage insurance claims from lodgement through to settlement
Liaise with customers, assessors, repairers and insurers
Provide clear, professional communication and support to clients
Ensure claims are handled efficiently and in line with company policies
Maintain accurate records and documentation
About You
Minimum 1+ years of claims experience required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple claims and prioritise tasks
High attention to detail and problem solving skills
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
