PetO Shellharbour - Experienced Pet Stylist Manager

PetO Shellharbour is looking for an experienced Pet Stylist Manager who is passionate about animal welfare, customer experience, and delivering high‑quality grooms every time. Our grooming salon is co‑located within our high‑traffic pet store, offering a steady client base, a familiar environment for pets, and the support of a national brand. On‑site veterinary support is available for advice, reassurance and escalation when needed.
Grooming menu includes bath, blow dry and deshed, style, breed and comb grooms, hygiene, flea rinse treatment and more.
The Role
This full‑time, permanent position involves overseeing the booking management system and loyalty program, client liaison, team management, skills development of staff, stock management, salon cleanliness,
safety and presentation, and overall performance and profitability of the salon.

About You
- Genuine animal lover with a passion for pets and grooming
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pet grooming with advanced scissoring techniques and specific breed clips
- Experience managing a grooming salon and team‑building abilities
- Committed to outstanding customer service with a customer‑first attitude
- Comfortable working a Tuesday to Saturday roster
