Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging face-to-face training sessions.
Conduct practical demonstrations and workplace-based learning.
Assess students in accordance with training package requirements.
Develop and maintain assessment evidence and student records.
Provide academic support and mentoring to students.
Ensure compliance with Standards for RTOs and organisational policies.
Participate in validation and continuous improvement activities.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
Relevant trade qualification in Painting & Decorating or Waterproofing.
Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE* or equivalent) or qualifications meeting current RTO requirements.
Minimum 3 years recent industry experience.
Solid communication and classroom management skills.
Sound computer skills.
Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
Full Australian working rights.
Desirable
Previous experience delivering training within an RTO.
Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Industry currency and solid employer networks.
Ability to deliver both theory and practical training.
