We're looking for an exceptionally organised, proactive and driven Personal Assistant to support one of our Senior Sales Executives in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment.This isn't your typical administration role.You'll become an integral part of a successful sales operation, taking ownership of administration, client communication, vehicle coordination and day-to-day business support so your Sales Executive can focus on what they do best to build relationships and closing deals.No two days are the same.
Your responsibilities will include:Managing a busy diary, calendar and email inboxLiaising with clients, dealers, transport providers and finance companiesPreparing vehicle purchase and sales documentationManaging vehicle stock administration and maintaining accurate recordsCoordinating vehicle transport and monitoring deliveriesProcessing invoices and assisting with accounts payable and receivablePreparing reports,
