What will you be doing?





- Manage a portfolio of complex and disputed motor recovery claims
- Investigate liability and determine appropriate recovery strategies
- Negotiate settlements with customers, insurers and third parties
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Ensure claims are managed in line with legislation, compliance requirements and company policies
- Maintain accurate claim records while delivering timely and commercial outcomes

What do you need?

- Previous experience in motor insurance claims, recoveries or debt recovery
- Strong understanding of liability and Australian road rules
- Knowledge of insurance legislation, compliance and dispute resolution
- Excellent negotiation, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical ability with exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive, resilient approach with the ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced environment
