Elevate Exteriors is a growing exterior cleaning and property maintenance business based in the Hills District.

Most of our work is based around Castle Hill and the surrounding suburbs.

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated person to join the team to help us continue growing the landscape maintenance side of the business.

The role involves a mix of landscape maintenance, pre-sale property clean-ups and exterior cleaning.

Typical work includes:

- Hedging and pruning
- Lawn mowing and edging
- Property preparation for homes going to market
- Assisting with exterior cleaning
- Pressure cleaning and house washing
- Both solo and team based jobs

What we’re looking for:

- Ideally someone with some gardening or landscaping experience, however attitude and reliability matter just as much.
- Proficiency in following work health and safety directives
- Reliable and hardworking
- Takes pride in their work




- Has a driver’s licence
- Ambitious, motivated and willing to learn
- Someone willing and able to work in and around The Hills District

Most importantly we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the business rather than just treat it as another job.
