Your new role
- Managing a high-volume, complex diary with competing priorities
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, travel, and logistics
- Preparing correspondence, documents, and presentations
- Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholder enquiries
- Building strong working relationships across the business
- Providing administrative support to a small, fast-paced professional team
- Managing statutory and compliance-related lodgements
- Preparing annual and periodic documentation
- Assisting with recent entity setups and registrations
- Supporting ongoing regulatory and government portal administration
- Contributing to broader office and team coordination as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Team Assistant is desirable
- Previous experience with ASIC, ATO Portal, or Xero is essential
- Background within professional services, accounting, or legal environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong time management skills
- Confidence supporting senior stakeholders
- A collaborative, team-focused approach
