Spuntino Cafe in Epping is seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef with minimum 2 years of experience.You will play a vital role in the cafe' success by delivering high quality dishes to our guests, maintaining high and consistent food standards, and demonstrating your ability to work independently within a team.The right candidate will work with BOH and FOH team, and must be available to work full time on weekends and Public Holidays, no nights.
A suitable candidate would also have:fully qualified as a Chef;knowledge of breakfast cuisine and ability in creating appealing menus;able to work under pressure on busy shifts;leadership and valuable communication skills.Your tasks and responsibilities would include:maintaining highest attention to detail at all stages of the cooking process;provide excellence in food preparation standards, quality, and presentation of final product;maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation.
