This hands-on, field-based role focuses on improving store performance, driving sales growth, and maintaining operational and brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild robust relationships with franchise partners and act as their primary support contactCoach and support stores to improve sales,



customer growth and profitabilityConduct regular store visits and operational reviews to ensure brand standards and complianceDevelop and implement action plans to improve store performanceAssist franchise partners with business planning and P&L; understandingSupport store openings, handovers and training for current franchise partnersDeliver in-store training on customer service, coffee preparation, food safety and operationsSupport national marketing campaigns and operational initiativesAbout YouExperience in hospitality, retail or franchise operationsStrong relationship building and coaching skillsCommercial mindset with understanding of store performance and profitabilityExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to work independently in a field-based roleProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)Why Join Foodco?
