Role Description

Gastel Peterson & Co. has created the “Yes to Entrepreneurship – Glad to be Ethical” Network with the Purpose of assisting individuals to develop ethical ventures within the public and the private sector.

Gastel Peterson & Co.



will provide the required training and assessment and the process to transform an ethical idea into an ethical business. Once the course has been finished, Gastel Peterson & Co. will discuss the opportunity of a Franchise arrangement.

Qualifications

- Formal qualifications in management, entrepreneurship or previous experience as an entrepreneur will be highly desirable.
- Interest in entrepreneurship, sustainable business, or social impact initiatives, with a willingness to learn and contribute to ethical projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear documents, reports, and professional correspondence.
- Basic research and analytical abilities, including gathering information, organizing data, and drawing practical insights for projects.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethics, integrity, transparency, and honesty in previous academic, volunteer, or work experiences.
- Comfort with standard office software and digital tools; experience with professional services or consulting environments is beneficial.
