The BUSY Group is seeking a First Nations Specialist Mentor to empower apprentices, strengthen culture and shape futures across NSW. You will walk alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander apprentices, employers and community stakeholders to support engagement, wellbeing, retention and successful completion.

Deliver culturally protected, strengths‑based mentoring, develop tailored support plans, identify barriers and implement practical strategies for success.
