Lead an Exceptional Team at a Thriving Service!
Join our team as a high-performing Coordinator and take the lead at an established and flourishing Before & After School Care service located on the grounds of Marist North Sydney Catholic Primary School. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a vibrant and supportive community.
This is a parental leave cover, Full-Time position with possible extension and further internal progression.

About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with a genuine passion for childcare. As Coordinator, you will inspire your team with compassion, friendliness, and the ability to engage positively and productively with children.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe, inclusive space – Champion a culture where every child and staff member feels welcome, supported, and respected.
- Stay organised and vigilant – Manage accurate attendance records and bookings to ensure consistent supervision and safety.
- Empower your team – Supervise and mentor educators, helping them grow in confidence and capability in their daily practice.
- Inspire young minds – Design and deliver engaging, educational programs, underpinned by thoughtful observations and reflection.
- Live the values – Support and promote the mission and ethos of the Catholic Church, embedding them in your day-to-day leadership.
- Build strong community ties – Nurture positive relationships with families, the school, and key community stakeholders.
About You
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Proven experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC).
- Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.
- Is reliable, organised, and enthusiastic.
- Certification in Child Protection Training.
- Current First Aid Certificates, including CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management.
- A valid NSW Working With Children Check.
- Completed the mandatory national child safety training via GECCKO.
