About the Role & Opportunity

As Projects Operations Manager , you are accountable for the performance, commercial integrity and governance of a healthcare technology project portfolio across NSW and ACT ,



delivering outcomes through a multi-layered team of approximately 7 direct and 7 indirect reports .

You are responsible for:

- Project Portfolio Delivery & Commercial Performance delivering to scope, schedule and budget while protecting margin and strengthening forecasting

- Governance & Risk Discipline ensuring structured delivery, accurate reporting and proactive risk management

- Capability & Resource Leadership building team capability, strengthening resource planning and enabling scalable delivery

Operating in a growing and evolving environment , you will bring structure, alignment and rhythm to how delivery is planned and executed.

What you’ll be responsible for

- Owning project portfolio performance delivery, financial outcomes and client satisfaction

- Driving visibility and predictability across planning, forecasting and reporting

- Strengthening governance, risk management and delivery consistency

- Leading, developing and growing a high-performing team

- Building scalable approaches to resource planning and utilisation

- Partnering with Sales and Commercial teams to ensure delivery alignment

- Driving continuous improvement across systems and ways of working
