These permanent full‑time positions are worked across a rotating Monday to Friday roster (40 hours per week with a monthly RDO but we also offer 38 hrs a week with no RDO). We value consistency for our children and families, giving you the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and become an important part of each child's early learning journey.

Treetop Early Learning is an eight‑room, multi‑level centre located on Gaffney Street, Pascoe Vale. Our downstairs environment is dedicated to our Under 3’s, creating a calm, nurturing space designed specifically for our youngest learners. Upstairs, we have our beautiful Atelier and Pre Kindergarten and Kindergarten rooms.

Our Sala

A unique feature of our centre is our beautiful Sala, a welcoming community hub where families can enjoy coffee or breakfast together and connect with one another. It's also where our children come together to enjoy meals in a social dining workplace, helping to foster independence, belonging, and a strong sense of community.

About the Role

- Collaborate with your teaching team to plan and deliver engaging, play‑based learning experiences.
- Create a warm, inclusive, and responsive learning environment where every child feels safe and valued.
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe, document, and contribute to children's learning and development.
- Help maintain a safe, respectful, and fun classroom culture.

What You'll Bring

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current Employee Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
- Mandatory Reporting training.
- Red Nose Safe Sleep Certificate.
- SunSmart Certificate.
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and Food Allergen Training.
- Full Australian working rights (We will need proof of Working rights).
