GP Position | Contract | HAWTHORN, VIC

As a VR GP working at NIIM, you will supportpatients with general health concerns, family care, acute presentations,chronic disease management plans, mental health care plans, and other routinegeneral practice patient presentations. You mayalso support patients requiring GP review before accessing selectedNIIM services such as IV infusions or Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy,and refer internally to other NIIM doctors or practitioners where furthersupport is required forchronic, complex health concerns.

At NIIM,you will be part of a broader healthcare environment that includes IntegrativeGeneral Practitioners, Allied Health practitioners, nurses andcomplementary therapies. This rolepresents an opportunity for you to be exposed to Integrative Medicineand integrative treatment modalities,



with ample collaborative andeducational opportunities.

Key responsibilities include

- Deliveringgeneral practice care in an integrative practice setting
- Collaboratewith Integrative GPs, allied health and complementary providers
- Maintainaccurate, confidential clinical documentation
- Participatein audits, accreditation, CPD and quality improvement activities
- Upholdprofessional standards, ethical conduct, and clinic values

You must have

- FullVR – AHPRA registration – with the ability to work unsupervised
- FRACGPor ACRRM or equivalent, or are on the vocational register
- Hold,or be eligible to hold, a Medicare Provider Number for A1 Medicate rebates
- ABN& qualified indemnity insurance
- Locationfreedom and Australian work rights
- Interestor experience in integrative medicine
