Key Responsibilities

- Complete New Hire Orientation and a comprehensive training program covering products, customers and company culture.
- Support customers remotely via phone, email, web channels or on‑site to help them maximize value from their PI System.
- Teach customers to use the software, deliver public classes, and serve as an internal instructor or job trainer.
- Communicate frequently with customers to understand how they use the software and collaborate with AVEVA departments to improve the customer experience.
- Develop a solid foundation in the PI System, related software and industry technologies to grow technical expertise.

Essential Requirements

- Self‑motivated individuals with a customer mindset and a desire to help people.
- Enthusiasm for technical problem solving, attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Ability to learn and research in a energetic, engaging environment.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science,



Natural Sciences or a related field (GPA 3.25+ is a plus).
- 0–2 years of work experience.
- Must be a Perth resident and hold a valid visa with unrestricted working rights in Australia.
