You will join a cooperative HR team where everyone contributes, supports one another and works closely with operational leaders across site.
The Role
This is a varied HR Coordinator role providing support across the employee lifecycle while working closely with experienced HR professionals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating recruitment activities, interviews and onboarding
- Preparing employment contracts and HR documentation
- Supporting employee lifecycle administration
- Assisting with employee relations matters and investigations
- Maintaining HR systems and employee records
- Preparing HR reports and compliance documentation
- Responding to day-to-day HR enquiries
- Supporting leaders across a busy operational site
- Assisting with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Rather than sitting behind a desk all day, you will be encouraged to build relationships, attend pre-start meetings, spend time on site and become a valued member of the operation.
About You
You will bring experience as a HR Advisor or HR Generalist and enjoy working in operational environments where you can make a genuine impact.
Experience within mining, resources, manufacturing, construction or another blue‑collar industry will be highly regarded, although candidates from other complex operational environments are encouraged to apply.
