You're the person on site while residents sleep: the first point of contact for anything that comes up, and the reason the morning team walks into a building that has run smoothly overnight.Snapshot of Your DayYou'll keep the lobby and entrances secure, managing access for residents and approved guests through the nightYou'll be the first point of contact for anything that comes up overnight, from a locked-out resident to a late deliveryYou'll carry out regular walk-throughs and keep an eye on cameras, alarms and building systemsYou'll respond calmly to any incident or emergency,
